The Young Flower of Seattle
In the Amharic language, Adey Abeba translates to “Young Flower.” When we opened in 2005, we were the “young flower” among Seattle’s Ethiopian restaurants, housed in a beautifully remodeled Victorian. Nearly two decades later and now with the next generation serving, our family-owned restaurant continues to blossom, offering a memorable dining experience rooted in community.
